Includes: WIFI, Smart TV and Convenient Washer/Dryer right by the entrance, with a kitchenette :)

House Rules:
• Lockout Charge $50.00: We send somebody out to open the unit for you.

• Late Checkout Charge $75.00 /Hr: We have cleaners scheduled to arrive at your unit at 11:00 a.m., we get charged for any delays.

• Pet Deposit - $250.00: If there are any pet damages/any excessive pet hair, we keep the deposit.

• Quiet Hours 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.: Required by building management.

• Missing Keys - $250.00: We would have to change locks for security purposes.

• Furniture Move - $75.00: If you rearrange the furniture, we have to hire movers to reset them.
