Los Feliz is slowly but surely becoming quite the hot neighborhood in LA. A lot of cool establishments are popping up here, from laid-back cafes to bustling bars at night. It's the type of area where young adults can work and play in equal measure, allowing for a well-balanced life. And speaking of balanced, families can also live here as the area is largely suburban in nature. So it's a win-win situation here!

But if you really want an authentic suburban lifestyle, Pasadena is the neighborhood to settle in! The vibe here is so quiet and peaceful, you really wouldn't think it's still part of LA. With only a 10-minute drive to Downtown LA, it feels as if you're traveling to two different cities when you back and forth. This is the sort of area where you should raise your kids in. It has great schools, a lot of fun activities, and still a few nightlife spots for you to have your own fun too.

A beautiful seaside neighborhood off of the coast of the Pacific ocean, this place has long been one of LA's aces.
