As you enter the Apartment, you are greeted with the corridor which has the utility cupboard for additional storage if needed. Just beyond this is the bathroom which has a shower tray

Kitchen/Living Room
This is a open plan kitchen and living room. It benefits with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a plush sofa, which you can kick back and relax. All whilst watching Netflix. The Apartment also benefits from fibre optic broadband where on average it has 30mbps download speeds

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole property for the duration off there stay. The property is self checkin and Instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to checkin

Interaction with Guests:
We are available to support you 24 hours per day 7 days per week via the messenger. We are not available in person unless there is a emergency

- Solihull Train Station is a 2 minute walk
- NEC Is a 10 minute drive
- Birmingham Airport is a 10 minute drive
- Birmingham City Centre is a 15 minute train ride
