The large table in the kitchen can seat up to 20 people, making it the perfect place for a family dinner or a group gathering.

NOTE: No non-registered guests or local visitors are allowed without prior approval at least 14 days before arrival. No music outside that can be heard more than 60 feet away is allowed (mobile phone only speaker/volume allowed), and completely quiet after 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends (as in every residential community). Max 4 vans/autos allowed (2 in driveway, 1 on road, and no parking on grass) plus 1 van/auto in guest parking.
