The parking is on a permit system in surrounding streets, so packing and unpacking the car can be challenging if you have a lot of stuff and it is raining. You can t legally stop outside the house to load/unload as there are double yellow lines. However, on the other side of the street is a single yellow line just behind the bus stop road marking area where you can stop to unload, whilst staying out of the flow of the one way traffic. Put your hazard lights on and display the parking permit on the passenger side of your dashboard while you unload - then go park in the bay in the correct parking zone for the permit.
