Description
The living area is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a center table, and a chair. Two steps away from the living area is the dining area with a four-seater dining table in which you can enjoy the lovely home cooked meals from the apartment’s small yet fully-equipped kitchen located just beside the dining area.
The well-equipped kitchen contains cooking essentials, including a coffee machine, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and an oven, that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience. It even has its own four-seater dining counter with a small television on the side for a quick breakfast with the family before heading out. A combo washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are also placed in the apartment to aid you in your vacation chores.
The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds that are joined together to form a queen-size bed, a study desk, a chair, and a television to entertain you in the comforts of your own bed. The second bedroom is similarly furnished as it also has two single beds joined together, a television, and it, additionally, has a nightstand. The last bedroom, on the other hand, has a single bed, a bedside table, and shelves with pull out baskets to store your belongings.
The three bedrooms share two bathrooms, both of which are fully-equipped with a toilet, a sink, a mirror, bathroom drawers, shelves, and a shower area.

Excellent restaurants, such as Pur’ - Jean-Francois Rouquette, Le Grand Restaurant, Au Bourguignon du Marais, Al Ajami, and Le Troquet, are located nearby, along with bars and pubs, including La Perla Bar, Ecluse Francois 1er, The Auld Alliance, and Bar Le 47. Cheap eats, some of which include Higuma, Krishna Chavan Restaurant, Frenchie To Go, and 4 Pat, can be easily accessed so you need not worry about your meals and entertainment during your stay.
The best feature of the location, however, is its proximity to some of the best Parisian attractions, including the Arc de Triomphe, and close to the Trocadero and Palais de Chaillot, Madeleine church, Concorde Plaza, the Palais de la Découverte, Petit Palais Museum, and the Grand Palais. The Champs-Elysees is also the main site for all major celebrations of Paris, some of which include New Year’s Eve and military parades on the 14th of July. The Jardins des Champs-Elysées is also located within the area, making it easier for you to sightsee the city.
