Patong Hill sea view villa 4 bedroom private pool

Spacious 4 bedroom villa in Patong with a private plunge pool, it has all you need for your perfect holidays. A short ride to Patong s main strips, malls and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood.

Located on the hillside in a quiet Patong location but just a short drive to Bangla street, Thai boxing stadium, the beach, shopping mall and local markets. There are many restaurants down the hill. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the area and the island. Taxis and tuk tuks aren’t always willing to get you up the hill to the villa.

The villa has a large living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen (pans, pots, microwave, rice cooker, fridge, oven) and outdoor sea view balcony. The plunge pool is private as there is no overlook and surrounded by tropical trees.

Master bedroom has a king bed and a large bathtub, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and private balcony with outdoor furniture. Two other bedrooms have king beds , en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower.
Last bedroom has a single bed, a desk and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. We provide bath and beach towels, hairdryers as well as Organic toiletries from Chiang Mai for your convenience.

For Internet connection we provide a 5G Mobile Hotspot with WiFi. It might not be suitable for streaming or working online.

Please note, that because the villa is on the hill and in the jungle surrounding, we do monthly pest control and insects might be found as a result. It is totally safe for guests and usual for the tropical climate here in Phuket.
The rooftop area is not accessible to the guests at the moment.

Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 2400 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.

Late check in is available on request free of charge.
