This 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of Kamala offers a great set of amenities for all travelers. The house offers 170 sqm of living space across 3 floors! Guests have to make just a few steps to one of the estate s swimming pools from the living room/kitchen area on the ground floor. On the main floor is open plan living with a large family room with a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, dining area and a large European style kitchen. In the back there is a room with a washing machine that is ideal for longer stays. There is also a half bath and a desk with a chair on the main level as well.

On the 2nd floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms. One of which has a balcony overlooking the estate. And on the third floor another bedroom connected to a spacious patio with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the house is air-conditioned throughout.

Electric usage 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 1800 baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is also available on request free of charge.
