This 4 bedroom 2 storey private pool villa features a spacious modern style living room, dining and kitchen area. The luxury living area is complemented by 4 well appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms overlooking the swimming pool with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
Also a terrace with outdoor furniture bedside the swimming pool, master bedroom terrace, and a private parking spot in the front of the house.
The kitchen is modern with new kitchen appliances. It comes with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
A flat-screen Smart TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi connection are available for you to work online or entertain after a day out.

Electric usage of 50 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 2400 baht per time and includes linen and towels change. Book 48 hrs in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
