The Black Pants

The Black Pants is a beautiful duplex apartment located at the first floor of the SHWAY60 Family House. You can check yourself in with a codelock. The apartment has an industrial style mixed with authentic Belgian materials such as natural stone and wooden floors. The studio has everything you need; a queen size boxspring bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a flatscreen TV, a bathroom with a rain shower, and high ceilings for a spacious feeling. You will enter the studio with a code and step right into the living space. On your right you can find the kitchen, which has everything you need; a fridge, a water boiler, a Nespresso coffee machine, cooking material, and a combi oven. In the front behind the big stairs you will see the living space with a big sofa, two sleeping chairs, a dining table and a balcony. In the middle of the apartment you see the steep black industrial stairs, which goes to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom consists of a queen size boxspring bed, a closet, a dresser and a big mirror. Next to the closet you can find the bathroom, which consists out of a toilet, a sink and a rain shower.
