It features a 1.20m - 2.25m depth infinity pool, tank for water reserve, garden with radiant beauty, cellar, brick oven, electric gate, enclosures, and granite fireplace.
The entrance is located on the middle floor. At the ground floor, you will find 1 double bedroom with terrace and en-suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 double-room and bath; a service area with 1 double bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. At the same floor, are the accommodation staff, an open space with American kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
On the first floor, you'll find the kitchen, office, dining area, and living area with granite fireplace. The sleeping area consists of 1 master bedroom with veranda, walk-in closet, and bathroom; 1 double bedroom with terrace, veranda, en-suite bathroom and guest bathroom. The outdoor spaces are finished by a patio with several pergolas, veranda with barbecue and brick oven; infinity pool that winds from the patio to the glass hall of the house with solarium. While on the second floor, there's 1 bedroom studio with terrace and bathroom with shower.
