Corfu Villa Rosa 1

Corfu Villa Rosa 1 features two double bedrooms, two WC/showers, kitchenette, refrigerator, and washing machine. The living-dining area has two entrances (one from the upstairs main villa with interior stairs and one external entrance from the big garden). The downstairs part can be also independent of the upstairs part of the villa locking the door to interior stairs.

Gym including treadmill, bicycle, cross trainer, portable Ping-Pong table, dumbbells, jump ropes and 22'' satellite LED TFT TV has direct access from ground floor part.

The Sauna with hydro-massage shower is good for 2 persons. It has a direct access from downstairs part. The entrance leads to the stairs of the other two floors of the building.

On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms (convertible into double beds) with air-conditioning and Sat TFT TV. It has an en-suite WC/bath with whirlpool tub.

The Living Room with balcony offers a garden view, some sea view, and pool view. It has a fireplace and 40'' LED TFT satellite TV including home cinema.

Its fully-equipped kitchen has a wash machine and dishwasher. The Office Area has free use of WiFi and tablet. There is a WC and wash machine area. The Central entrance leads to the middle gate of the property.

On the second floor is the Masters bedroom with double bed and two balconies with a wonderful view - one with some sea view. It has a WC/bath, air-conditioning, and Sat TFT TV.

On the outside is a 50-sqm pool. There is a Jacuzzi (hot/cold) for three to four persons near the pool area. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining and barbeque at the huge garden. There's also for kids - a playground with slide and swing set. The terrace leads to the ground floor part. The main gate is remote-controlled.
