The luxurious Villa in the area of Benitses in Tsaki, near Miramare and between the villages of Benitses and Moraitika, is located southeast of the island and guarantees an unforgettable stay in Corfu. With unparalleled beaches such as those of Glyfada, Agios Gordis, Halikounas, Issos, Acharavi along with the villages of Benitses and Moraitika, the historical monuments and the astounding sights, this heaven of the Ionian Sea will most certainly become your favourite summer destination.
The distance from Corfu town and airport is about 12km and the Benitses fish village and new Marine is about 1,5km away. In Benitses there are a lot of night-clubs, restaurants and mini-markets.
There is also a newly built fishing and yacht marine. The nearest mini-market and restaurant you can find is about 300m away from the villa. The villa itself is built right by the sea, just 10 steps from the beach.
The distance from Corfu town and airport is about 12km and the Benitses fish village and new Marine is about 1,5km away. In Benitses there are a lot of night-clubs, restaurants and mini-markets.

The villa is also suitable for Yacht owners or charters to Anchorage at the front of the villa in our private Pier.
In the price are included:
Two times weekly maid service and once weekly bed linen change (on request we offer extra maid service), the use of the private pool and BBQ, your parking and all local taxes.
In case you need a transfer from/to the airport, each taxi costs approximately 40€/route.
We could also arrange you a car rental with low prices. In this case, let us know what type of car or minibus you need and we can arrange the free delivery of the car/mini-bus at the airport or at the villa.
In the price are included:
