The Space:
The complex consists of two buildings with two properties each, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, for a total of 4 properties.
Each house consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room has two couches and an armchair plus a cozy fireplace! The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you may need to prepare your meals plus a dining table.
There are 2 bedrooms which are air-conditioned, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The decor is minimalistic which will help you relax and enjoy every moment! The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub.
The house is also equipped with a washer and a playpen and high chair is also available upon request!

Guest Access:
The guests will have access to the swimming pool which is common for the 4 properties!

The Neighborhood:
This minimalist property is perfect for those who want to unwind and relax in a quiet and serene location, while still having the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas. Guests will have access to a swimming pool, providing the perfect place to cool off after a day spent in the sun. The property is situated just a stone s throw away from a sandy beach, making it easy to enjoy a day at the shore.
Located in a calm area, just 4km from Koroni, this property is near a variety of picturesque taverns and sandy beaches. With a car, guests can explore the area and take in all the beautiful sights that Koroni has to offer, including the Venetian castle, with its stunning architecture and beautiful stone-paved streets. The area is also home to many stately homes painted in light colors, with characteristic blue or yellow windows, as well as a large number of churches. For any necessities or shopping needs, there is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and ATM available in Koroni.
In addition to the nearby Memi beach (300m), guests can also visit Krioneri beach (600m) or venture out a bit further to Ammoudi (4km) and Koroni (4km). At a distance of 15km, the charming town of Foinikounta is home to a variety of taverns and cafes, as well as stunning blue-green waters that are sure to mesmerize visitors.
If guests prefer to stay close to home, there are traditional taverns like Krioneri and Tzitziki located just 500m away. It is highly recommended to try the local produce, such as olives, grapes, and figs, while enjoying the local cuisine.
If guests visit at the end of June, they can participate in Koroni s nautical week, which includes a variety of events such as swimming competitions and music festivities. Guests can arrive at the airport of Kalamata (48km) and rent a car, or come directly by car.
