The Space:
This cozy home with a large balcony is the perfect destination for all seasons, accommodating families or groups of up to 6 guests. The living room boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a cozy sofa and two comfortable armchairs surrounding a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers the opportunity to cook delicious meals with local products, and the house features three cozy bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed each, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom includes an A/C unit, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather.
The bright bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, ensuring a relaxing experience after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The house also features modern amenities, including a dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in the traditional village of Magoula, near Nafplio. You ll find everything you need during your stay within easy reach, including a mini-market, restaurants, and a gas station just 500 meters away. The nearby beaches of Almyros-Mylon and Almyros, only a 15-minute drive from our house, as well as the beach of Timenio (5 km), will offer you a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Our property is situated in the center of an area with many points of interest. If you head north, you ll find the city of Argos just a 10-minute drive away. There, you can find everything you need during your stay, such as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transport stations. Be sure to visit the archaeological site of Argos (4 km) to see the ancient Agora and the ancient theater of Argos!

A short distance away from Magoula is the picturesque village of Nea Kios (10 km), where you can also find charming taverns and cafes. Combine your stay at our accommodation with a nearby trip to Nafplio (15 km) where you can walk through its picturesque narrow streets, enjoy the wonderful cafes and traditional taverns. Don t miss a visit to the castle of Nafplio, Palamidi, which offers incredible views and historical significance. You can also head across to Bourtzi Castle for a view of the city from the sea.

In the surrounding area of Nafplio, you ll find several beautiful beaches such as Arvanitias beach (15 km) and Neraki beach (15 km). If you re interested in history, don t miss the stunning archaeological destination of Tiryns (10 km), which is said to be the location from which the mythical hero Heracles performed his Twelve Labours. Another important destination very close to our accommodation is the archaeological site of Mycenae, which is just 15 km away and boasts the famous royal tomb of Agamemnon.
