On entrance to the villa you have the hallway to the lounge, which has a very large corner sofa seating up to 6 guests, 2 coffee tables, TV, floor standing lamp and FREE WiFi to connect all your devices. You have secure sliding back patio doors leading out to the terrace with amazing Mountain Views including views of Mount Teide, Golf Course Views & Sea Views!

Bedroom 1 features a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables with lamps and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 1 also has an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and separate shower, vanity unit with sink and WC.

Bedroom 2 features 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom 2 is located on the right hand side as you walk into the villa, this includes a shower, WC and basin.

The well-equipped kitchen with utility room has everything you need. Washing machine, oven, hob with extractor, microwave, refrigerator and kettle.

This villa has a beautiful big terrace to enjoy fantastic mountain, golf and sea views! The terrace has table and chairs and is not overlooked by neighbouring villas. Total privacy. Lastly, there are 2 sunbeds for your enjoyment.

There is a Children s park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
