Adam House by Estia is a 90 sqm. apartment, located in a quiet area of Heraklion, very close to the Palace of Knossos and the Hospital. The center of Heraklion is only 3 km away while the nearest beaches, Karteros and Ammoudara, 7-10 km from home. It can easily accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends who would like to spend their holidays in Heraklion exploring Crete, but away from the vibrant center.
Inside, there are 2 comfortable bedrooms , 1 with a double bed (160*200m) and the other with 1 semi-double bed (140*200m) and one single bed (90*200m). Both bedrooms provide big wardrobes for long stay renters.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessaries (4 cooking rings, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.).
In the air-conditioned living room, there is a fireplace, sofa, TV and dedicated workspace for those who for those who combine holidays with business obligations. The living room has also access to the furnished balcony.
Finally, there is a family bathroom with bath tub and washing machine.
