Bedroom 1: Master wing with king bed (en suite bath plus private patio with outdoor shower, fire pit, and fountain)
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds stacked (next to bathroom #2)
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds side-by-side (next to bathroom #3)
Bedroom 4: King bed (across the hall from bathroom #3)
Bedroom 5: Two queen beds stacked (down the hall from bathroom #4)
Bedroom 6: King bed (next to bathroom #4)
Bedroom 7: King bed (down hall from bathroom #5)

Common Area 1: Pull-out queen sofa bed in the library with kitchenette (shares bathroom #2)
Common Area 2: Pull-out queen sofa bed in the upstairs loft (closest to bathroom #4 or #5)

Bonus: There is a powder bath next to the game room and main entrance. We also have 3 luxury rollaway beds that can be utilized for an extra charge.

We charge $250 per pet, 3 dogs max.

Pool Heating:
There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heat is $150 per day.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am, per city ordinances and our commitment to the community. Any violation may be subject to fines.

Security:
This property has exterior cameras monitoring the residence for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld. Cameras are located at the main guest entry points, top deck, and monitoring the backyard. Please understand that this surveillance is for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property owner.
