Le Grand-Duc est un grand chalet de deux étages, d’une superficie de 3450 pc. Une fois entré, vous pourrez remarquer à quel point il est spacieux. À la droite de l’entrée, il y a une chambre avec un lit Queen et à côté de la chambre se trouve une salle de bain avec un bain-douche. À la gauche de l’entrée, vous trouverez la cuisine et le salon qui contient des divans, des tables, une télévision, un foyer ainsi qu’une grande fenestration. Vous pouvez également profiter des deux salles à manger pour des sièges supplémentaires. La première salle à manger est constitué d’une grande table ronde avec huit chaises et la deuxième d’une grande table carrée avec douze chaises. À la gauche du foyer, il y a une chambre avec un lit King avec une salle de bain privée contenant une douche. Face à l’entrée principale se trouve un escalier menant au rez-de-chaussée, faites une pause dans votre quotidien et venez-vous détendre et faire une partie de billard ou de baby-foot avec vos invités. Sur la droite vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit Queen et des lits superposés, parfaite pour toute la famille! À la droite de la table de billard, se trouve une autre chambre avec juste des lits superposés. Vous trouverez également deux autres belles chambres avec un lit Queen et une salle de bain contenant un bain-douche juste au bout du couloir. Dans le salon du niveau inférieur vous pourrez trouverez un grand divan, une table haute avec deux tabourets et une télévision. Il y a beaucoup d’espace pour s’asseoir et se détendre à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur via les portes situées devant la table de billard. À l’extérieur, vous trouverez une belle espace pour manger à l’abri des moustiques avec le gazebo et le moustiquaire qui se trouve directement sur le balcon. En bas, vous pourrez vous relaxer dans le spa et dans le sauna. Vous pourrez également vous rafraîchir dans la piscine creusée, privée et chauffée. Près du stationnement, il y a un panier de Basketball! Ce chalet a tout pour passer un séjour inoubliable.

The Grand Duc is a large two-story cottage, with 3450 sq. ft. of living space. Once you enter, you will notice how spacious it is. To the right of the entrance, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a tub/shower. To the left of the entrance, you will find the kitchen and living room which contains couches, tables, a television, a fireplace and a large window. You can also take advantage of the two dining rooms for additional seating. The first dining room has a large round table with eight chairs and the second has a large square table with twelve chairs. To the left of the foyer is a bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Opposite the main entrance is a staircase leading to the main floor, take a break from your daily routine and come relax and play a game of pool or foosball with your guests. To the right you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds, perfect for the whole family! To the right of the pool table is another room with just bunk beds. You will also find two other beautiful bedrooms with a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower just down the hall. In the lower-level living room you will find a large couch, a high table with two stools and a television. There is plenty of room to sit and relax both inside and outside via the doors in front of the pool table. Outside, you ll find a nice dining area sheltered from the flies with the gazebo and screened in area directly on the balcony. Downstairs, you can relax in the spa and sauna. You can also take a refreshing dip in the private, heated, in-ground pool. Near the parking lot, there is a basketball hoop! This cottage has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
