A short distance from the beautiful and famous beaches of the Marina di Torre Mozza there is a lovely sea view villa with large garden embellished with fruit trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The villa has a beautiful porch well equipped with table and chairs in wood where you can comfortably eat while looking at the suggestive view in front of the house. Inside the house excites for the taste in the furniture and for its vaults typically Salento, barrel, which embellish the house even more. The house enjoys a comfortable living room with 50 tv, with a beautiful built-in kitchen equipped with every utensil and equipped with every appliance. The sleeping area, air-conditioned, consists of two bedrooms, both double, finally a bathroom with every service including a shower. On the side of the house there is also a ladder where you can admire every shade of the Salento landscape that dominates in front of the structure.
Near the house there is a beautiful depandance also these delightfully furnished externally with wooden table and chairs. Inside there is a small living room, two bedrooms, one double and the other twin with bunk beds, finally a bathroom with every service.
