The Space:
Our villa, a 140 sq.m. stone-built villa, allocated on two floors, is welcoming you! The villa’s furnished with traditional and genuine antiques, which create a sense of time-travel.

Upon entering the villa, on the ground floor of the villa, the guest is welcomed by a large stone fireplace that sooths away tiredness. In the same room, there is a dining area with a large dining table (300-year-old antique) and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a view of the plain, which has been decorated with simplicity and gentility. For our guests’ convenience, there is an extra W/C next to the bedroom.

The top floor can be accessed via a wooden staircase.
There are two large bedrooms here with spacious wardrobes, and between the two you will find a spacious balcony with a breathtaking view.
The one bedroom is situated on the north side of our villa, and features a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. It is a room which exudes imagination, romanticism, and vigour.
The second room on the south side is the majestic, white-clad room, which features a semi-double bed and a single bed, as well as a veranda with a remarkable view of the White Mountains. Between the two bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a large bathtub.

The location of the property is an ideal place for all travelers looking for a vacation in a relaxing environment or those who want to discover the interesting landscapes of Crete, or perhaps combine all these activities.

Guest Access:
The access is possible to all internal and external spaces of the house..

Interaction with Guests:
We will be always at your disposal to assist you in any problem that might occur. Even for advice issues and guidelines for the places that would like to visit.

The Neighborhood:
Villa Galatia, situated at the top end of the village Goni in the Askifou plateau, has been built with natural materials consistent with the local tradition.
Its ideal location can serve as the starting point for your ventures to Chora Sfakion, the picturesque Loutro, the enchanting Fragokastello, the gorge of Imvros and many more places of interest.
In Askifou there are many cafés, 2 gas station, 2 supermarkets and you will eat good traditional food with fresh products in the tavernas.

Getting Around:
To reach the area must have your own car If decide to reach the village Askifou with Public transport you will have to walk about two kilometres to reach to Goni where is villa Galatia located.

Other Things to Note:
Due to Covid19, we take special care of the accommodation s cleaning before each arrival, which includes undertaking enhanced cleaning practices and disinfection procedures. Cleaning procedure is undertaken carefully, following the protocol that has been set by Airbnb and the World Health Organization in order to ensure your safety.

The cost of central heating is not included and is payable by the guest.

We offer the wood for the fireplace.
