4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment boasts plank hardwood flooring, exposed

there are four levels of somewhat steep stairs to get to the
apartment s entry floor. The Neighborhood: Lenox Hill is an affluent
Upper East Side area with designer stores along Madison Avenue as well
as elegant apartment buildings and townhouses. Cultural sites include
The Frick Collection, showing European paintings and decorative art in
an early-1900s mansion, and the massive Park Avenue Armory, which hosts
avant-garde exhibitions and performances. Second Avenue has casual
spots for Mexican, Asian, and Italian food. Other Things to Note: As a
reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home
or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor
removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible
removal from the property. Pets are allowed at this home with the
expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an
unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their
rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be
charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time
$150 for reservations. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated,
non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained. WATCH
OUTS: - This property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer. You can
only put 16 ounces of clothes or 3/4 full in order to work correctly.
