This comfortable and spacious living room is perfect for those who enjoy spending time with family and friends. With a plush sofa and plenty of seating, this room is ideal for relaxing after a long day. The fireplace adds a cozy and snug feel to the room during the colder times of the year. Plus, the room has great lighting during the day from the windows nearby, and at night the lamps brightly light up the room. The 55 Smart HDTV comes with a complimentary Netflix subscription to keep you entertained. Whether you re looking to kick back and relax or catch up on your favorite shows, this living area has everything you need.

Kitchen
The kitchen comes with all your basic cooking equipment, dishware, and silverware (bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc.) as well as a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and De Longhi Dinamica Plus bean-to-coffee machine.
