There are three bedrooms spread throughout, each one designed to offer a quiet retreat from the rest of the home.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, a 50” Smart TV with Netflix and a spacious closet, so unpack your suitcases and make yourself at home!

The second bedroom also has a queen Bed and a 42” smart TV with Netflix. There are plenty of outlets to keep your devices charged.

The 2.5 bathrooms feature modern fixtures and finishes and hotel-quality towels. One of the bathrooms includes both a deep corner garden tub and a walk-in rain shower enclosed in glass plus a separate bath tub. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo shared by two bedrooms.

If you re bringing a group to Vegas, you ll want a kitchen big enough to accommodate the needs of a hungry crowd. The sun-filled kitchen has been recently upgraded to ensure ease and convenience in the kitchen. The granite countertops offer plenty of space for meal prep, and the large sink and dishwasher make it easy to clean up after a feast.

The kitchen has drawers full of kitchen essentials and utensils, and a sitting bar allowing the designated chef(s) to socialize while showing off their magic. Use the stove or microwave to cook from scratch or heat up leftovers from the night before. You could also order in. Enjoy meals together at the dining table.

Other convenient features include a gas cooktop, an oven, Reverse Osmosis Filter water, a filter coffeemaker with ground coffee and paper filters supplied, a toaster and a blender. When you stay in my fortune Vegas Oasis, you will surly win! You’ll have it entirely to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities, except for a few house keeping locked closets.
You ll be given a unique code to access the front door and a guest book link full of all the information you will need.
There is a full-size washer and dryer available for you to use, and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials.
Accommodation:
Maximum accommodates 10 quests. Please book with the accurate guest count (including Kids and infants)

You will be provided with your own door code (Located on the door) to enjoy 24/7 access to the property.
No parties or loud activities whatsoever. Please respect the neighbors and the property to help the Airbnb community grow.
Back yard must be completely quiet between 10:00pm - 8:00am
We are Dog (no cats please) friendly, and allow most dogs to stay at the property. Please tell me your pet breed age and weight asap. There is a pet fee - $20-$35 per night per dog. Your dog must be approved and paid for prior to checkin. If your dog wasn t pre-approved and/or the additional fee was not paid for prior to checkin, your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
Please refrain from mentioning Airbnb or short-term rental to anyone you may meet, ask, or any of the neighbors.
BBQ runs on natural gas, so no need to refill. Prepare your own favorite BBQ dinner.
Avoid smoking inside the house. There will be a $500 cleaning charge for smoking inside the house. Please avoid doing so. (You may smoke in the back yard).
