Description
Villa Gaia is a Mediterranean-style villa with a swimming pool and garden, on the coast of Torre Suda, a few kilometers south of Gallipoli (pets are not allowed).
The bright living area opens beyond large windows and is divided into a living room with TV, sofa, and fireplace, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a large peninsula, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker. Outside there is a storage room with a bathroom, washing machine, and electric oven.
The sleeping area is introduced by a hallway that separates the 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 double with an additional single bed, and the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each room has a ceiling fan as well as mosquito nets and grates on the windows.
The veranda around the villa is the ideal place for relaxing, and dining al fresco thanks to the barbecue available to our guests. In addition to the capacious table and chairs, the wood-roofed veranda also accommodates a sitting area with sofas, ideal for reading and relaxing. Fully fenced, the villa has private parking for cars in the internal driveway.

The villa is located between Gallipoli and Torre San Giovanni, localities renowned for their long golden sandy beaches. The center of Torre Suda, on the other hand, is 200 meters from the villa and offers a church, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and stores, as well as a pedestrian/bike path that runs around the perimeter of the marina and stretches along the entire coast for kilometers.
The nearest beaches are those of Lido Pizzo, about 5 kilometers away, and Punta della Suina, about 7 kilometers away.
Just 1,500 meters away, there is Lido Mahja with services such as a bar, restaurant and equipped beach. With the same services, 1,000 meters away, there is also the Solatio lido. Both premises are also open at night.
