The Smart HDTV comes with a complimentary Netflix subscription to keep you up-to-date with the latest show you ve been bingeing. Whether you re looking to kick back and relax or catch up on your favorite shows, this living area has everything you need. This ADU is also a laptop-friendly workspace and we provide complimentary fast and reliable Wi-Fi for all our guests.

Kitchen
The kitchen comes with all your basic cooking equipment, dishware, silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.), a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, rice cooker, and Keurig coffee machine.

Dining Area
The dining area will be perfect for starting your morning with a deliciously cooked meal or ending your night with takeout from the local pizza shop.

Bathroom
This full bathroom is supplied with all the bathroom essentials, as well as complimentary toiletries like soaps, plush white bath towels, and a travel-size hair dryer.

Guest Access:
On the side of the left house, there is a walkway that leads straight to the ADU. This ADU is enclosed by a fence and is fully private.

The Neighborhood:
Roseville is a quaint little town in California known for its rich history. Located 20 minutes northeast of Sacramento and home to many attractions, including the Miners Ravine Trail, which leads you through nature s beauty while also being close to 8 miles long! There are plenty more things that make this place incredible: Diamond Oaks Park with live outdoor music every Sunday morning, multiple wine trails, and some delicious food trucks - not to mention how great it feels when your feet hit fresh air after walking around these parks! All this adds up to one amazing weekend adventure here in Roseville.
