The living room is perfect for relaxing and winding down. With all the amenities you need right at your fingertips, you’ll be able to forget all your troubles and enjoy some much-needed downtime. Enjoy the number of streaming channels we have to offer on the 60 Smart HDTV and get don t worry about getting too comfortable on the sofa, it s a sleeper sofa - it s made for that! After a long, energy-sapping day out, make yourself at home in our living room.

Kitchen:
This is a full kitchen and comes with all your basic cooking equipment, dishware, and silverware (bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc.) as well as a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, rice maker, and Keurig machine.

Dining Area:
The dining area seats up to 6 guests around the circular glass dining table. This area will be perfect for larger meals like a group breakfast or your evening dinners!

Bathrooms:
Full Bathroom 1: Located in the primary bedroom, all bathroom essentials are provided as well as complimentary toiletries and plush bath towels. The shower comes with lotion dispensers filled with vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The house is self-access, and check-in code with instructions are given to guests prior to arrival. Guest have access to the entire house.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on the edge of the Sierra Nevada in nearby Roseville, the Miner’s Ravine Bike and Walking Trail is the perfect place to get some exercise. Enjoy the fresh air and see beautiful views and diverse animal and plant species.

The trail is 8.4 miles long return. It can be accessed year-round and dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash. Along the way, you may spot some wildlife; 50 different species of animals make their home in the area.

Birdwatching is also popular along the trail. There are about 200 species of birds, some native and some just passing through on their migratory journey.

Getting Around:
Roseville provides easy access to various transportation options. You can drive down to the Galleria at Roseville for shopping and dining, or take the Placer County Transit to explore the city s attractions, including the the Maidu Museum & Historic Site. There is parking in the private, attached & enclosed garage of the home for 2 Vehicles. There is also additional free parking on the street in front of the home. No parking pass required.
