The game room has a pool table and lounge area comfortably positioned near the fireplace. You will also have direct access to the backyard from this room. The perfect space in the house for relaxing, playing a game of pool, or spending quality time with others.

The kitchen comes with all your standard cooking equipment, dishware, silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.), a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, rice cooker, and Keurig coffee machine.

Dining Room 1:
The dining room is appropriately located in the room directly next to the kitchen. The room is furnished with a spacious dining table and 6 comfortable seats, perfect for your morning meals or evening sit-down dinners with your family or friends.

Dining Room 2:
This dining room is located next to the game room and is perfect for lighter meals or having a drink. Next to the window, we ve added an ottoman for extra space for others to sit and relax.

Full Bathroom 1:
Two-sink, two-mirror bathroom with a 5x magnifying makeup mirror and a spacious walk-in shower. This shower is equipped with a soap dispenser filled with a sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shower also has a bench, making it convenient for those who may have issues standing for long periods of time. This bathroom is located in the main bedroom.

Full Bathroom 2:
This bathroom has a combined shower-tub and is equipped with a soap dispenser filled with a sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway.

Full Bathroom 3:
This bathroom also has a walk-in shower and is equipped with a soap dispenser filled with a sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This bathroom is located on the ground-floor.

Laundry Room:
The laundry room includes a full washer and dryer as well as complimentary detergent and bleach so you can freshen up your clothes during your stay.

Backyard:
This home includes a beautiful outdoor patio with an in-ground pool surrounded by lounge chairs and a barbecue grill. Feel free to enjoy the pool is open all year round (this is not a heated pool). An outdoor dining space is also included for your backyard hangs or evening dinners.

Pets:
Please notify the host if you are bringing a pet, emotional support animal or a service animal. By booking this property all pet house rules listed below are to be followed:

1. No puppies 3 months or younger allowed as they chew up everything.
2. Dogs can not be left alone at the property without a crate.
3. Dogs need to be treated for fleas at least 30 days or less before coming to the property. This is to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene.
4. Not letting the dog on the furniture, sofa, and beds.
5. The guest need to clean up after their pet.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to all areas including the garage.

There is free parking in the garage of the home for 2 Vehicles and 2 additional vehicles on the driveway. We kindly ask that you utilize the garage first, then the driveway. There is free street parking for any additional vehicles if there is no space in the garage or driveway.
