You also have free access to the gym, spa, steam room, and swimming pools.

The Space:

Our fully-furnished condo comes with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a modern kitchen equipped with everything from dinnerware, dishes, glasses & silverware to a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, cooking pots, and pans.

In addition, you ll have an HD Smart LED TV in the master and second bedroom and an extra TV in the living room. All linens, towels, iron & ironing board, and hairdryer will be provided, free of charge.

All resort-style hotel amenities and services are included: heated pools (a free-form lap swimming pool and an oversized whirlpool), Jacuzzi hot tub and steam rooms, a fully-equipped fitness center, a bbq/picnic area, a business center, kid s play area, and covered parking with valet services.

The Club at Brickell Bay is within walking distance of Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre s numerous stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars. The distance from Coconut Grove, South Beach, and Miami International Airport by car is only about 10 to 20 minutes to the unit.

Please note that every guest over 5 will be an additional charge of $75-$85 per guest / per night.

Part of our booking process is to verify the identify of our guests. Please note the building requires a copy of a Government issued ID for the principal guest that will be staying at the property. In addition, there is a guest registration form that you will be required to complete.

Property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance.

Part of our check-in process requires a credit card on file for incidentals (extended stays, damage, etc.). Note: Your card will NOT be charged without prior authorization. Your card will be authorized in the amount of $200. This hold will expire after your check-out.
