The villa is surrounded by one hectare of olive grove: ideal for a quiet holiday in contact with nature. A few km away from the splendid towns of Santa Maria di Leuca, Castro, Il Ciolo, Grotta Zinzulusa, Gallipoli and the famous Maldive beaches of Salento, Lido Marinelli
On foot you reach a small beach with low rocks Il Muretto, by car the other places. The building is located on a hillside which offers an exceptional view of the sea; the strategic position allows very favorable climatic conditions, so that in summer it is always fresh and airy.
The complex is located within a beautiful land planted with olive trees.
Stella Marina apartment consists of:
large living area with double sofa bed and a kitchen (open space). A gem: the antiques pantry!
There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one smaller, with two single beds. Air conditioning is present in the master bedroom and in the living room, while the small bedroom is equipped with a ceiling paddle fan.
In the corridor there are two bathrooms, one with a shower. Outside there are numerous showers with hot water to enjoy the splendid panorama.
Inside the house there is also a small laundry area.
