4-bed apartment in a beautiful villa a few km from Morciano di Leuca and Torre Vado.
The villa is surrounded by one hectare of olive grove: ideal for a quiet holiday in contact with nature. A few kilometers away are the splendid towns of Santa Maria di Leuca, Castro, Il Ciolo, Grotta Zinzulusa, Gallipoli and the famous Maldive beaches of Salento, Lido Marinelli, Lido Elyte and Tropical.
On foot it is possible to reach a small beach with low rocks Al Muretto, by car the other places. The building is located on a hillside which offers an exceptional view of the sea; the strategic position allows very favorable climatic conditions, so that in summer it is always fresh and airy.
The complex is located within a beautiful land planted with olive trees.
The Corallo apartment consists of: a large open space with full kitchen and living area with double sofa bed; room
from double bed; two bathrooms both with shower. All rooms are equipped with both air conditioner and ceiling fan.
There are numerous outdoor showers, equipped with hot water.
There is an outdoor courtyard equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining.
Free Wi-Fi inside the apartment. Bed/bath linen available on request at an extra cost of EUR 15 per person per week.
City tax has to been paid on arrival.

The villa consists of an upper part reserved for the owners and a lower part reserved for renters.
There are common areas such as the barbecue area for the exclusive use of guests and the shower area, as well as ample parking and a vast countryside of centuries-old olive trees.
The spaces are such as to avoid contact with other guests and ensure autonomy and distances.
