Villetta Cipolliane

Along the suggestive coast road that gently winds its way from Otranto towards Santa Maria di Leuca there is this lovely new house called Villetta Cipolliane, a delightful stone house with a unique view of the sea. The name of the structure was not chosen by chance, because from the house you can admire the Sentiero delle Cipolliane , one of the most beautiful trekking path in Salento. The house is divided into two parts with two separate and independent entrances and a convenient shared parking right in front of the house.
On the terrace you can enjoy the charm of countless sunrises, the entire structure has a large furnished terrace where you can comfortably relax while enjoying moments of complete relaxation. Inside the house has a nice living room with kitchen overlooking the sea, single sofa bed and TV. The sleeping area, cooled by an air conditioner in the corridor, consists of onedouble bedroom and one double beds. At the rear of the structure there is a further private and furnished outdoor area where there is a table with chairs, barbecue and a shower which can be accessed both from the double bedroom and from an external side passage.
Villetta Cipolliane is located less than 1km from the Ciolo bridge and 2 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and is an excellent solution for those who want to spend a pleasant holiday in contact with nature without neglecting the comforts of a real home.
