In the historic center of Leuca, a few minutes walk from the sea, there is a charming and elegant air-conditioned villa on two floors which is part of an elegant residential complex. The dwelling enjoys all the comforts and a comfortable living room where you can relax after a day at the beach.
The house has a double outdoor area, one facing the house and the other on the side, both well equipped and completely fenced. The house has all the comforts and a comfortable living room with sofa and TV where you can relax after a day at the beach. There is a kitchen equipped with every accessory including a dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine and a double bedroom. On the first floor there are two other bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed) and a second complete bathroom. Here there is also a lovely equipped terrace where you can sunbathe.
Tourist tax to be paid locally on the day of arrival.
Bed linen for hire and on request, weekly cost.
