Immersed in a paradisiacal setting, just two minutes by car from the beach of Felloniche, a beautiful detached house with an excellent panoramic view.
The house located in the upper area of Felloniche and immersed in a park of Mediterranean scrub, has a large driveway with parking space inside the property, a garden surrounding the house and a comfortable equipped veranda.
Inside it has a beautiful living room with kitchen with peninsula, characteristic stone fireplace and sofas.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double with sea view and the other twin with two single beds. Finally a full bathroom. There is an air conditioner positioned at the transition point between the two bedrooms.
The house stands on an estate with three independent houses inside: from each house it is possible to reach the swimming pool area shared between the three solutions, equipped with a large garden with olive and fruit trees and plants mainly characteristic of the area (jujubes, figs , myrtle, olive, pomegranate, carob, aloe vera and others).
Barbecue and outdoor shower available. Bath/bed linen available on request at an extra cost per person to be paid directly upon arrival.
Tourist tax to be paid directly upon arrival. Sandy beaches far just 3 minutes by car.
