The area located 70 meters above sea level has a panoramic view that ranges from Torre Pali to the coast of San Gregorio. Home equipped with all living comforts and equipped outdoors with barbecue, solarium, large terraces and local stone plunge pools and a beautiful swimming pool with running water. The villa is partly clad in local stone, a material that allows an environmental insertion in harmony with the emerging rocks and with their openings, it presents a continuity between the internal and external environment, without interruptions. In fact, by leaving the windows open, the interior spaces appear immersed in the colors and scents of the surrounding nature. Deluxe Pool Villa Clara offers eight beds and a total of four rooms equipped with air conditioning and heating: there are three double bedrooms and one single, two complete bathrooms with hairdryer and shower and an external shower; a dining room with fitted kitchen, equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge, electric oven and gas hob; a living room featuring modern furniture and a satellite TV.
Outside the house there is a stone swimming pool 2.5x2.5 meters and a larger one of 5x8 meters, as well as a parking lot with lots of parking spaces.
There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito nets and iron. Available an extra signle bed in the living area.
Small size pets allowed with an extra cost of EUR 80 to be paid locally.
First supply of bed/bath linen included in the price for the number of guests. Change of linen available only with an extra cost.
Tourist tax to be paid directly equal to EUR 1,35 per day per person. Balance payment required 15 days before arrival to be paid to the host by bank transfer.
