In the suggestive Marina di Felloniche on the Ionian side, in a privileged position, there are several exclusive and reserved lodges. Each charming house has a terrace overlooking a breathtaking panorama, offering unique moments in close contact with the sea. Due to its location and its comforts, the exclusive residence has a jacuzzi (NOT HEATED) with sea view, convenient on days when you prefer to stay at home to savor the tranquility of the place. All the Lodges are furnished with taste and design, have a bedroom with a French bed, a sofa bed for one and a half and many services that make the holiday complete and comfortable. It should be noted that the Lodges do not have a kitchen, but only a kettle, a small sink and a coffee machine for breakfast. The accommodation has independent heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, minibar with water and soft drinks, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer.
A few steps away is the exclusive Lido Marinelli, with access to the water from the rocks and which our guests can access at a discount. During the summer season, Lido Marinelli offers a bar and a restaurant, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A few tens of meters away begins the bay of Felloniche, with its sandy and pebble beach, partly free, ideal for families. The kilometer-long beaches of golden sand, including the Maldives of Salento, begin about 3 km further north.
Several other restaurants can be reached on foot, some of which are open all year round. Several supermarkets can be reached within a few kilometers by car. Reserved (uncovered) parking available right outside the property.

Tourist tax to be paid directly to the structure equal to EUR 1 per day per person in low season; EUR 2 per person per day in August.
First supply of bed linen/towels included in the price. Pets allowed on request and with an extra cost to be paid on arrival.
Breakfast is included in the total. It should be noted that breakfast will be served at the adjacent lido only during the lido s opening periods (approximately from 15 June to 15 November); When the lido is closed, breakfast will be at one of the partner bars about 3km away.
