Immersed in the beautiful Salento countryside, a characteristic sea view stone house, built close to a beautiful Pajara (traditional trullo).
It has of comfortable covered outdoor area equipped with barbecue area, washing machine and uncovered parking spaces among the olive trees.

From the main entrance we enter the beautiful living room, an air-conditioned living room equipped with a kitchenette with oven and steel countertop, sofabed and a single bed . The master bedroom has a simple wardrobe closet and allows a view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The property is completed by the bathroom equipped with shower and internal services (an outdoor shower is also available).
From the back you enter the Pajara, which still bears the year of construction engraved in the stone of the entrance. La Pajara consists of a room with a mezzanine and a courtesy bathroom (toilet and sink only). Perfect the equipped outdoor area, in the shade of the pergola, equipped with an additional sink with a small hob, table and chairs. The external and internal details in stone are enchanting.
The house stands on an estate with an extensive garden with olive trees, fruit trees, and plants mainly characteristic of the area (jujube, figs, myrtle, olive trees, pomegranate, carob trees, aloe vera and others). Excellent for 4 people (on request it is possible to equip the Pajara for an additional 2 beds), for a holiday characterized by simplicity and respect for nature. Guaranteed relaxation and privacy.
