The accommodation, lower than the street level, is made up externally of a comfortable private porch, ideal for outdoor dining, and internally large living room with kitchen and living room of 80 m2 with direct access to the bedrooms. There are 4 double bedrooms, one with two additional single beds and two bathrooms, one of which with anteroom. Possibility of adding other camp beds in the large hall.
The pool area and laundry room are shared with the Trilo del Noce, Apt 312 Pool Apt, Cottage Alessia and Trullo del Merlo solutions which are all within the same complex. For the rest, all units have their own privacy.
In the square there are all the services: bank, shops, pharmacy, post office, tobacconist, newsagent. Attending doctor, hairdresser, beautician, babysitter available at home.
From the house it is easy to reach both the Adriatic with the famous town of Ciolo, and the Ionian with its golden beaches (from Torre Vado to Marina di Ugento-Torre San Giovanni). Distance 6 Km from Santa Maria di Leuca.
