In the beautiful Marina di San Gregorio and a few hundred meters from its bay, there is a complex of six villas overlooking the sea, all covered in rock. Among these is the Madrigale, an excellent solution for large families or a group of friends.
The villa has a magnificent terrace with a panoramic sea view and is on two floors: ground floor and lower floor.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fully equipped built-in kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet; downstairs another triple bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom.
The graceful residence has a beautiful entrance courtyard, excellently covered in stone and adorned with various fruit and ornamental trees with parking space in front of the house and on the back a large corner terrace with beautiful sea view, equipped with table and barbecue, ideal for your outdoor barbecues.
The house is finely furnished with solid wood furniture. Air conditioning just in the living room.
The marina of San Gregorio is a small jewel set on the Ionian coast. It has a small center with two restaurants (with bars and tobacconists inside), a comfortable square facing the sea and the small bay, almost always protected from the wind, with a calm and shallow sea .. also ideal for children. Also nearby you can find a minimarket, a newsagent and several bars. For all other services we recommend the center of Patù or Morciano or Torre Vado, just 4 km from San Gregorio.
