This apartment is an incredible place to spend a wonderful time at. It is on the ground floor of an apartment building with a private terrace of 200m2 with a garden, a table and chairs, and a relaxing area.
Distributed in two rooms, both with bright windows that have access to the terrace. The first is a suite with a private bathroom. There are two double beds in the room for 4 people. The second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment has a second bathroom, also fully equipped.
The independent kitchen opens from the living room has direct access to the terrace. It is a very large kitchen, in which more than four people can cook comfortably, bright, well equipped with all appliances and with a separate laundry area.
The dining room is well separated from the living room and has access to the terrace. The living room where you have a large white leather sofa is a quiet area, you can enjoy the large TV and the views.

The apartment is very cool being on the ground floor, there is a fantastic breeze that enters from outside, it has fans in all rooms and Wi-Fi. Private parking for two cars in the building belongs to the apartment and there are surveillance and security 24 hours a day.
Located in very exclusive and private urbanization, in the Nueva Andalucía area in Marbella, full of common areas that will make the enjoyment of all guests. The complex has a playground for children, basketball and soccer courts, and two huge swimming pools, one with fresh water and the other with salt water.
