The suite is in an incredible resort with 2 pools, 2 lakes, a BBQ/Grill area, lots of beautiful outside seating, a Tennis Court, and a Kids’ Playground plus parking is free.
You will be centrally located between Downtown and beautiful beaches, in addition to the proximity to the Mayo Clinic.

Check-In
Our check-in is contactless, and your suite has a digital keypad. Before arriving, you will receive a video with 3 easy steps to check in and we will call you before check-in. This pack has all the check-in instructions for a smooth arrival on how to access the complex, parking, and unit access.

Parking is free and not assigned. You can park in any available spot. Parking is always “first come, first served”.

- Cats and dogs are welcome, certain dangerous breeds are restricted, and proper approval and screening are required.
- A pet fee of $15 a day is charged for up to 15 days. For Long Term Stays, of 14 nights or more, the max pet fee is $150

Parking, Gym, and Pool
You have 1 parking space included, outside. The gym, pool and all facilities are shared with other guests. Please respect any quiet hours.
Background Check, Refundable Pre-Authorization Hold, and Minimum age of guests
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, a background check is run which has a small fee. You will need to submit in date photo ID and selfie. A refundable Pre-Authorization hold from $49 per booking is asked for any incidentals just the same as a hotel - these changes depending on the length of stay
The minimum age for booking is 21 years old
