The Space:
Walk into this ground floor one bedroom comfortable and spacious condo. The bedroom offers a king-size bed with a large bathroom attached. The main bathroom has a double vanity and large soaking tub and shower with the convenience of a washer and dryer right there. The open living area includes a sleeper sofa, so this condo comfortably sleeps 4. Enjoy the flat screened TVs in both the living area and bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils to cook or bake a meal during your stay and features a dual Keurig that will brew a pot or single cup.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Palm Beach Resort! Parking passes must be pre-purchased online through the HOA and vehicles registered. Passes are $15/day, $30 for 3-7 days, and $45/month. There is a limit of one parking pass per unit. We hope you enjoy your stay at Palm Beach Resort!

The Neighborhood:
Please note there is construction at the complex, as well as construction of a new complex next door. Currently, Palm Beach is having the roof replaced, which requires one of the pools and the associated boardwalk to be closed while they work on that section. The other pool and boardwalk are open.
Palm Beach Resort is located on the beach, in Orange Beach across the street from Gulf State Park. Beach bike rentals are across the street to rent for the Rosemary Dunes Trailhead. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants including fresh seafood at Lartigue s Original Fresh Seafood Market, Pier House, The Southern Grind Coffee House, and Ron Jon Surf Shop. Just minutes away from Gulf Shores.

Getting Around:
Palm Beach Resort is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard just west of Sugar Beach Condos and across the street from Hotel Indigo. If coming from the beach express, turn left onto Canal Road, turn right onto AL-161, turn right on Perdido Beach Boulevard and Palm Beach Resort is about 3 miles on your left. You may cut through the state park from Hwy 59 after turning onto the beach road, Palm Beach Resort will be less than a mile on your right.
