MACCHIA MEDITERRANEA – WITH WONDERFUL SEA VIEWS AND OUTDOOR SPACE

Macchia Mediterranea is a beautiful and renovated house with modern furnishings.

It is located on the sp 358 that connects the towns of the Adriatic coast, and is completely surrounded by nature at about 1 km from the sea.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and has an outdoor area with a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea.

THE LOCATION

Located on the coast road, in a rural environment, Macchia Mediterranea is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy a peaceful stay and for lovers of natural landscapes.

The surrounding area is part of the Costa Otranto S.M.di Leuca Regional Natural Park, a protected natural area that aims to conserve and recover animal and plant species and safeguard environmental sustainability.

The nearest beach, Marina di Novaglie, is about 3.5 km away, the nearest town, Corsano, is only 2 km away and is well served by all the main commercial activities (grocery stores, pharmacy, gas station, bank, gyms, etc.).

THE HOUSE AND THE OUTDOOR SPACE

The house is about 60 square meters large and consists of a living room with a dining table, a complete kitchenette and a relaxation area with sofa and satellite TV; a double bedroom on a mezzanine floor, a further double bedroom and a bathroom with shower box.

The villa also has an outdoor equipped patio with table and chairs where you can dine outdoors and a barbecue area for organizing tasty barbecues, and the suggestive panoramic view of the sea will give your stay unforgettable moments.

Macchia Mediterranea does not have a private parking space, however it is easy to find free parking along the coast road.

NEARBY

As already mentioned, Macchia Mediterranea is immersed in the green countryside of Corsano on the Otranto-Leuca coast road, a panoramic road close to the sea, one of the most beautiful in Italy with its enchanting cliffs, inlets and sea caves.

Traveling by car, bike or motorbike, this enchanting view of the sea will give you unique and exciting moments thanks to its sensational landscapes.

We suggest to visit the Ciolo bridge, one of the most photographed coves in Salento, located along the coast road about 5 km from the house.

For walking and trekking lovers we suggest some paths of great cultural interest, such as the Vie del Sale , and Il Sentiero delle Cipolliane , a suggestive path overlooking the sea, about 3 km away, the which connects the Marina di Novaglie to the Ciolo bridge.

In addition to hiking, other interesting activities can be practiced: in the Marina di Novaglie it is possible to do snorkelling, sport fishing, scuba diving to discover the beautiful seabed and clear waters of the Adriatic coast, boat tour and much more .

Finally, from the house it is possible to reach other places of interest such as Santa Maria di Leuca (about 13 km) and the Ionian side with its sandy beaches (about 18 km).
