Come enjoy your next family vacation at Sugar Beach in this comfortable loft style condo! Located on the third floor of this low density complex in the prime spot of Orange Beach. Take your pick of four different outdoor pools this complex has to offer. This family friendly condo is located directly on the white sandy beach with additional amenities including a BBQ area, tennis court, and covered parking.

The Space:
This cozy unit has a well-equipped kitchen on the main floor with everything needed to whip up a local seafood dish. The open concept unit has dining with fours seats at the table with additional seating for two at kitchen bar. Beside the kitchen is the living area with sleeper sofa and access to the private balcony. There is also a bathroom on the main floor with walk-in shower and washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Up the stairs you will find your private suite with a queen-size bed and attached main bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Welcome to Sugar Beach! Parking passes MUST be purchased on-site from the guard shack. The pass is $30 and must be purchased with cash. You are only allowed ONE parking pass. Parking spots are on a first-come, first-served basis. No RV s, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. Once you arrive, the condo is on the east-side or left-side of the complex. Take the elevator, or stairs, to the third floor. Go to #319 and use the key code provided. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent at Sugar Beach.

Once you enter, there is a Welcome Tablet on the counter in the kitchen. Check-in on the tablet! We strive for 5 star reviews! Type your email address, consent and rate what you see and leave us a note if inclined! (Note that the arrow after you type is on the bottom of the keyboard) Use the tablet during your stay to find local restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. AND you may use it to send us a note instead of calling if you need us for anything.
