The location of this property is along the important E Country Club Drive, in addition to its beautiful waterfront setting. While staying at The Yacht Club, you may want to visit some of the restaurants nearby, such as Cvi.Che 105 (0.8 mi), Grand Lux Cafe (0.9 mi), Mo s Bagel (0.8 mi), and Deli (1.2 mi). If you are driving to the Yacht Club At Aventura, free parking is available.

Please note that every guest over 6 will be an additional charge of $75-$85 per guest / per night.

Part of our booking process is to verify the identity of our guests. Please note that we require a copy of a Government issued ID (Drivers License, State ID, Passport, etc.) for the principal guest that will be staying at the property. In addition, there is a guest registration form that you will be required to complete.

Property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance.
