The Space:
This home was perfectly designed for families, a romantic weekend, or just to enjoy a cozy laid-back atmosphere located near the eastern shore of Lake Eustis. This lovely home sleeps up to 14 and offers 4 designer bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (with a shower/tub combination), a sunroom, a large open kitchen/dining (the dining room features a large table with seating for six, and a bar for additional seating), and living room that has great wooded views and is a great place to watch the sun come up. There are two additional sleeping spaces: the main living room and the sun room. The living room is bright and comfortable and has a 9 foot shuffleboard table that can play for hours, a 60” TV, two couches that convert to twin size beds and an electric recliner. An open concept living space and real fireplace for a cozy, and fun atmosphere. The fourth bedroom has a 100” projector for watching movies and a system with thousands of classic retro games. There is also a mini foosball table for you and your kids to relax and unwind. Additionally, the property has a baby stroller and crib travel kit, and a baby crib.

The kitchen comes complete with a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, full oven, stove, microwave, blender, air fryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and many other essentials for cooking your own meals, having a barbeque, and the privacy that you get only from a large, 5 acre property.

The back area is fenced and great for gatherings or just relaxing and doing a barbecue. You can sit around the pond which has 2 small waterfalls, fish, and is beautifully lit at night. The firepit allows for some great family time roasting marshmallows while connecting to nature as there are many large pines, oaks, cypress, and cedars all around the property. There are several activities and games you can do with the family. In the sunroom you will find equipment for croquet, lacrosse, ring toss, horse shoes, badminton, soccer, putt putt golf, a basketball (and net outside). It is like going camping with a luxury home for sleeping and private amenities all around you. There is even a driving net if you want to practice your swing.

Enjoy evenings under the stars in the large, private hot tub with mood setting led lighting and the music of your choice. The hot tub is located just outside the front porch and is available for use year round.

The sunroom faces beautiful trees and is surrounded by windows overlooking the back area firepit, and the pond/waterfalls. The room also has a large dining table and includes seating for up to 12 that can be used for a nice family breakfast enjoying the beautiful view.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, driveway, and outdoor space (except for the Barn). Enjoy!

The Neighborhood:
Although it feels like being in the forest, it is only 1.5 miles away from a shopping center which includes a Publix Supermarket, a CVS drug store, ice cream store, restaurants and gas stations. And when you get tired of all the amenities this home has to offer, universal/Disney is about a 45 minute drive allowing you to take a day trip to enjoy the day at the parks. It has a solid/stable 30 Gbps download speed if you plan to use it as a working vacation which is hard to find out in the country. Reserve a week with your family to enjoy this home, it will be a great experience.

Getting Around:
Enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, biking, bird watching, and all the beautiful scenery that Lake County has to offer. It is only about a 15 minute ride to lovely Mount Dora with shops, many art stores, restaurants, and entertainment, a real jewel of central Florida and somewhere you will want to visit if you book this location.

Pets and additional guests:

Any additional guests over 6 are $25-$35/day per additional person. So for example, if you wanted to book the property with 8 total guests, it would be $50/day extra.

Our property is a pet-friendly location and we authorize an amount of $200 for pet fees upon completing the check-in form. Our team will assess any fees and charges upon check-out. These charges will vary based on the number of pets and length of stay. If no additional damage occurs, you will only be charged for the number of pets and length of your stay. Note: Your card will NOT be charged without prior authorization. This hold will expire after your check-out.
Please note that we charge $40/day/pet or a minimum of $150. Please contact us if you have any questions or special requests.

This home allows for events. Any event must be approved by the host prior to check in and will incur additional fees! Please inquire with the host about any event you are interested in hosting, as well as any additional event fees. If any parties or events take place without the prior approval by the host - the reservation will not be honored or it will be canceled WITH NO REFUND.

Part of our booking process is to verify the identity of our guests. Please note that we require a copy of an ID (Drivers License, State ID, Passport or any other Government issued ID) for the principal guest that will be staying at the property. In addition, there is a guest registration form that you will be required to complete.

Property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There are also two outside security cameras installed at each entrance, for safety purposes.
