Nestled in the exclusive neighborhood of Bakoven, a short way from the hustle and bustle of the busy beachfront, this exquisitely designed three-bedroom villa offers a contemporary-chic and ultra-comfortable getaway.

Exuding a timeless elegance, which is evident from the moment you arrive, roomy, open-plan living spaces flow effortlessly into each other and designer décor in cool tones of blues and whites creates a feeling of spaciousness and style. The open-plan living area features a chic lounge with plush couches and armchairs and a dining area with an eight-seater dining table. Sliding doors fold back to allow the outside in and create the feeling of being outdoors against a backdrop of spectacular ocean views.

The lounge and dining area flow into a neat kitchen, with a four-seater breakfast bar and all the latest appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and designer coffee machine. A guest bathroom can be found in the living area.

Outside the lounge, stairs lead down to a gorgeously manicured Feng Shui courtyard and a small plunge pool. Cool granite and leafy trees make this peaceful enclave the perfect spot for unwinding.

The second level of the villa features a beautifully furnished, open-plan pyjama lounge with satellite television and access to the pool courtyard. This level also boasts two of the three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each bedroom opens onto a small private deck with outdoor seating and lovely mountain and ocean views.

The master bedroom is located on the upper most level, has a king-size bed and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower, bathtub, and double vanities. This bedroom has access to a private balcony with breath-taking ocean views and direct access to the rooftop terrace.

The third level of the villa also has a stylish rooftop deck with an outdoor dining table for six shaded by a wooden pergola and a built-in gas barbecue. Panoramic views of the Twelve Apostles Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean make an idyllic backdrop for outdoor entertaining.

The villa has secure, off-street parking in a garage and is fully secure with an alarm. A short drive will take you to the bustling palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay with its plethora of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.
