Cannes Film Festival 2022 has just about ended and as per usual, it was a glitzy and glamorous affair. Movie stars, supermodels, and more turned that iconic red carpet into their own runways, showing off their amazing styles for all the world to see. But amidst the sea of glittering gowns and showstopping dresses, there are a few celebrities who stood out. Who could ever forget about Ann Hathaway's angelic moment in Giorgio Armani? Or Deepika Padukone's gilded sari during the opening ceremony? Not to mention Bella Hadid in vintage Versace? Those three were just some of the ten stars who were the best-dressed as this year's event.

Anne won Cannes' was what many were posting on social media when the Oscar-winning actress appeared on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet. She looked absolutely angelic in her custom Giorgio Armani gown, paired with a showstopping sapphire and diamond necklace from the

Deepika Padukone, a famous Cannes staple as well as a member of this year's jury, helped start the festival with a glamorous bang. On the first day of the event, the Bollywood actress stepped out in a black and gold embellished sari by Sabyasachi. Padukone has been known to grace the Cannes Film Festival in designer dresses, but for her to go for a more traditional attire—without sacrificing the sparkle, of course!—had jaws dropped so early in the week! It was Indian glamour at its finest!

Rebecca Hall in Gucci
Another of this year's jury members, Rebecca Hall, also didn't hold back the glamour at the start of the Cannes Film Festival this May 2022. The American actress wore a custom-made Gucci gown that looked straight out of Old Hollywood. With its strong shoulders and fabulous feather trim, you can easily imagine the likes of Joan Crawford or Elizabeth Taylor sporting this look. But what made it so modern is the eye-popping color clash of red-orange and magenta. That helped Hall truly stand out on the red carpet.

Bella Hadid in Vintage Versace
Bella Hadid is
another style star who never fails to make a major fashion moment at the Cannes Film Festival. This year, the supermodel had everyone buzzing about her vintage Versace look, designed by the late Gianni Versace himself back in the day. Beyond its historic appeal, the black dress, with its exceptional draping and covered-up silhouette, was a complete departure from Hadid's signature sexy style. She barely showed any skin from the chest down, which was practically a first for the former Victoria's Secret model.

Sheila Atim may be an actress but she looked every bit a supermodel when she stepped out on the Cannes Film Festival 2022 red carpet in custom Prada. Looking tall and lean in that sexy halter silhouette, with the slightly burnt orange color perfectly jumping off of her dark skin tone, Atim solidified herself as the perfect muse. Not all of the best-dressed celebrities at the Cannes Film Festival 2022 wore gowns. There was also the incomparable Viola Davis who glowed—literally!—in her neon lime suit by
British designer brand, Alexander McQueen. This label has always been known for its impeccable tailoring so it's no surprise they can produce such a well-made ensemble. However, it's the simplicity and the bright hue that caught many off guard. It was a fairly new style from such an iconic fashion house but it accomplished making Davis look like an absolute star!
