Out of all the districts of Tallinn, Old Town is probably the most beautiful. Just as its name suggests, the area looks as if it never reached the 20th-century, let alone the 21st! With its cobblestone streets, brick towers, cottage cafes, and the like, it harkens back to the city's medieval origins. In fact, it's not farfetched to think that many of the homes and buildings here have remained from that time period.
